Last week, Lync Active delivered an insightful presentation to the parents of Worksop Town Academic players, showcasing their innovative approach to Strength and Conditioning. The presentation highlighted the growing importance of physical conditioning in football and how Lync Active’s tailored training programs can provide players with the tools to excel at any level.

Our Scholars Open Day proved to be a fantastic event, offering a unique opportunity for young players to showcase their skills and learn about the prestigious scholars program at Worksop Town Academy. The start of our Girls Development Programme for ages 7-12 has been a positive journey. From day one, the centre has provided young girls with a great opportunity to build both personal and social skills, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and sportsmanship qualities that extend far beyond the pitch.

Worksop Town Academy started the year on a high with players from our U13 - U16 age groups being given the chance to experience global footballing cultures as we welcomed over 20 players from the USA to Worksop.
